Pure trash, but Vivian Chow is stunning! She shines in every scene she's in and effortlessly moves between sweet, cute, shy, tragic, glamorous, sensitive, innocent, frail, assertive, seductive, bitchy, and just downright mean and scary - all with remarkable grace and charm. (except she doesn't handle a gun gracefully - too bad) Wow. My favorite part of the film has to be when the "heretics" are playing their acoustic guitars and all you can hear is distorted electric guitars!
