An early low budget Yukari Oshima vehicle that isn't too dreadful. Yukari Oshima is a Japanese policewoman who goes to Hong Kong to investigate a case about a group of missing Japanese prostitutes. One of these missing girls is Dick Wei's sister, and he goes to Hong Kong to search for her. The sister winds up dead and Ms. Oshima's mother is the Madam in charge of the brothel. Some decent fighting and gun play, and the talents of Dick Wei are always appreciated, especially in his brief and spirited exchange with Philip Ko.
