Jackie Chan returns as a police officer with some left over pirates from "Project A" hot on his tail for revenge. The comradery and chemistry of the first film are lost, as Samo Hung and Yuen Biao did not return. Relies heavily on slapstick and physical humor, but still has some awesome fighting.
