There's a lot to like about this movie - well written, well directed, well filmed and awesome to look at, well performed, interesting and likeable characters, and great effects, but it sadly suffers from a really lame ending. Definitely the most horrific film of the series, it also sports a rather high brutality and ick factor. Sigourney Weaver looks appropriately grizzled to play the animal that she's become, and Winona Ryder is great as the starry eyed idealist cyborg. Not what I was expecting or hoping for from Ms. Ryder, but she fit the role perfectly. It's just too bad she didn't get to kick anybody's ass like I was led to believe by earlier reports.
