More of the same, but only sillier this time around. Jeff Goldblum's character returns as the hero, and he is quite entertaining. The dinosaurs look a little better and there are more of them, which is quite fun. A little more gruesome than the first film, and features some genuinely tense and frightening moments. It even made me jump out of my seat once. But overall it's full of two-dimensional characters, contrived set pieces, and is instantly forgettable.
