Major Motoko Kusanagi
Major Motoko Kusanagi from Masamune Shirow's cyberpunk manga classic,
"Ghost In The Shell." This model is based on one of my favorite posters, and
captures the look and feel pretty well. The poster also served as a great coloring guide,
although I didn't get the jacket and pants dark enough, and there was no way I could pull
off the abstract swirling patterns on her body suit. Apart from that, I think I did a
pretty good job - especially on the details (which you really can't see in the photograph).
